How often do you try to retrieve some information from a backup tape to find that either someone forgot to run the job last night, no tape was put in, the tape is corrupt and won’t restore or for whatever reason the file you need was not selected in the job.  We backup everything on the servers and can even send you copies for your own records and safekeeping.
